2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant meeting these eligibility requirements.

3. Rental Agreement

When you book a rental through our website or other channels, you enter into a legally binding rental agreement with us.
The rental agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions applicable to your rental, including the rental period, fees, security deposit, and any additional services.

It’s crucial that you thoroughly review and understand the rental agreement before confirming your booking. This will ensure you are fully informed and prepared for your rental.

4. Rental Period And Extensions

The rental period begins on the date and time you specified during the booking process and ends on the specified return date and time.

If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact us in advance to check availability and obtain our approval. Please note that additional fees may apply for extensions.

5. Fees And Payments

You agree to pay all rental fees, security deposits, and any other applicable charges outlined in the rental agreement.
Payments are due when booking or as otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for each rental to cover potential damages or loss.
The security deposit amount is specified in the rental agreement and will be refunded upon the safe return of the rented equipment in good condition.
We reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit to cover any damages, missing items, or unpaid fees.

7. Use of Rented Equipment

You agree to use the rented equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and proper care of the rented equipment during the rental period.
You must not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the rented equipment without our written consent.

8. Loss or Damage

You are financially responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period.
You will be liable for the total replacement cost if the rented equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair.
We offer optional insurance coverage for added protection against loss or damage.

9. Returns

You must return the rented equipment on or before the specified return date and time in the same condition as when you received it, subject to reasonable wear and tear. This process is designed to ensure your security and confidence in our services. Late returns may incur additional fees, as outlined in the rental agreement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and repossess the rented equipment if you breach these terms or the rental agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services or the rented equipment.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or in connection with your use of our services or the rented equipment.

13. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

The laws of India shall govern these terms and guide their interpretation.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

14. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
